1. Content License
By joining, you grant Dr. Doug's a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display any content you create in connection with this program across all media and platforms.
2. Original Work
You confirm that all content you submit is your original work and does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
3. Brand Guidelines
You agree to follow Dr. Doug's brand guidelines and represent the brand authentically. Dr. Doug's reserves the right to request removal or modification of any content that does not align with our values.
4. No Guaranteed Compensation
Unless separately agreed in writing, participation in this creator program is voluntary. Any compensation, gifting, or incentives will be communicated separately.
5. Termination
Either party may end this relationship at any time. The content license granted above survives termination.
6. Communication Consent
You consent to receive texts, emails, and calls from Dr. Doug's related to the creator program at the contact information you provide.
7. Indemnification
You agree to hold Dr. Doug's harmless from any claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.

By participating in the Dr. Doug's Creator Program ("Program"), you ("Creator") grant Dr. Doug's and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display any and all content created in connection with the Program ("Creator Content") in any and all media or distribution methods now known or later developed. This includes, without limitation, social media, websites, advertising, packaging, in-store displays, email marketing, and paid media.
2. Originality & Rights
Creator represents and warrants that all Creator Content is original, does not infringe upon or violate any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any applicable law. Creator has obtained all necessary permissions and releases from any individuals appearing in the Creator Content.
3. Brand Representation
Creator agrees to represent Dr. Doug's honestly and authentically. Creator will follow any brand guidelines provided and will not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Dr. Doug's products or services. Dr. Doug's reserves the right to request modification or removal of any Creator Content at any time.
4. FTC & Disclosure Compliance
Creator agrees to comply with all applicable Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and any other applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including clearly disclosing any material relationship with Dr. Doug's in all Creator Content.
5. Compensation
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement, participation in the Program is voluntary and uncompensated. Any product gifting, monetary compensation, or other incentives will be outlined in separate communications and do not create an employment relationship.
6. Term & Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the content license granted herein shall survive. Dr. Doug's may remove Creator from the Program at its sole discretion.
7. Communication Consent
Creator consents to receive communications (including text messages, emails, and phone calls) from Dr. Doug's at the contact information provided, related to the Program and Dr. Doug's business. Creator may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
8. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
Creator agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Doug's, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from Creator Content or Creator's breach of these terms. Dr. Doug's liability under these terms shall not exceed the total compensation paid to Creator, if any.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
10. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between Creator and Dr. Doug's regarding the Program, superseding any prior agreements. Dr. Doug's reserves the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice.
